Fast and Free Shipping

At Ergo In Demand, we offer free ground shipping on most of our products via UPS ground transportation or FedEx ground shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Exceptions to the free shipping policy are indicated on the product page. Most in-stock items are shipped within one to two businesses days from the time when your order is placed. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other international destinations, please contact our customer service for a shipping quote or complete your order online and we will provide a quote to you prior to processing your order. We will not charge your credit card for any order with additional shipping costs until you approve the charges.

If you are purchasing an item that displays Additional Shipping, we will contact you with a quote for the additional shipping costs, and once approved, we will process your order. Freight Delivery is dock to dock and does not include installation.

If you require expedited shipping or express delivery, please call or email our customer service prior to placing your order online. Expedited shipping option may not be available for all products.

We are pleased to offer white glove delivery for large items being shipped to homes or businesses. If you are looking for impeccable deliver, unpacking, assembly, and installation of your furniture or computer accessories, our partnership with HomeDirectUSA is the perfect choice. Please contact our customer service to arrange for white glove delivery.

Our company is located in Oregon which has no sales tax. Currently, we do not collect sales tax for any state.

If you would like your order to ship to a location outside the United States, please contact our customer service for a shipping quote on your order. Canadian and other International freight quotations will not include brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or GST which may be charged in order for you to receive your order. We are happy to now offer shipping to APO addresses. In order to ship to an APO/FPO, we need to get a full address from you, and then we will send you a quote for shipping (via Priority Mail) to that location location. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. International orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
