This high capacity file cabinets called rotary file with rotating shelves provide increased productivity and save valuable floor space. Centrally located high density filing systems with optional HIPAA locking doors. The internal shelves rotate to the next position with the touch of the foot pedal, or you can set them to rotate freely.

Lateral file cabinets provide endless expansion possibilities.  As your document storage needs increase, you can simply attach add-on (adder) unit that shares rotation space in order to expand your high density filing needs. Optional locking drawers and reference shelves allow customization. Rotary cabinets are available in 3 to 9 tiers.

The 9' x 12' space illustrated in the left floor plan uses nine standard four drawer lateral file cabinet. The 9' x 12' space on the right uses only three 8-tier rotary files to house the same amount of records.

You can appreciate how the rotary file layout in the right floor plan provides additional floor space for users and easy access from both sides of the files.
Rotate the shelves by depressing the foot pedal. It automatically stops in the next position. For ADA compliance, lock the pedal in the free-spin position. All these high density filing rotaries are built with a full-length, key-locking door providing security, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.

High-density filing systems with many expansion options. These rotary files can be set up individually or connected modularly to each other. There is no limit to the expansion possibilities.

If you are intending to expand storage with modular, attachable units, begin with a starter unit in the particular configuration you prefer. Shared storage area is arranged with the same size "Full Adder" unit. While the "Starters" are a completely encased unit with four sides, top and bottom panels, the equivalent Adders do not have the two side panels. Thus, you would remove one side of the Starter unit and attach as many Adders as necessary for your work requirements. The side panel would then be connected to the exposed side of the very last Adder. Contact us with any questions you may have.
