These organizer shelves can be desk mounted or set at desk side.  They are compressed wood sorters with oak laminate. A compressed wood cabinet with oak laminate forms the cabinet. A solid fiberboard back keeps paperwork secured in letter-sized compartment slots measuring 9"w x 11-3/4"d x 2-1/2"h and formed by durable corrugated fiberboard inserts.

Three models of organizer shelves handle stationary, flyers, brochures, and may also serve as mailroom furniture in a small business. All the economy oak organizers have a footprint of only 29"w x 12"d making them most convenient for situating on your desktop. This filing system can also form a useful and easily accessible shelf system when placed in the area of your desk. That way you'll also gain an additional counter top work area.

The 12 compartment model is only 12"h. The 24 slot organizer shelf model stands just 23-1/2"h. Meanwhile, 36 compartment organizer shelves have an overall height of 34-1/2"h.

Keep the filing shelves clearly marked on your mail sorter using the labels included. Black plastic molding help both to protect the edging and serve as a convenient labeling area.

Individual shelves are not meant to be adjusted for height or removed on these units..
