This aptly named Vision office lighting fixture provides you award winning styling in a flexible asymmetrical illumination lamp. The Norwegian Design Council designated its "Good Design Award" to the Vision after its debut. Choose yours in either Black or Light Gray.

Office lighting fixtures created to help you.  A computer-optimized reflector system offers you the benefit of asymmetrical light distribution over a large area. However, the design also helps ensure no direct eye contact with the light source. The 32"L dual-link balanced arm provides parallel movement that is easily adjusted thanks to a hidden spring. The head area is an additional approximately 10"L. You can order this as a desk edge clamp model. However if you prefer a desk base mount lamp, add the optional table base to your order and easily configure an attractive lamp, as seen in the photo at right.

Edge clamp design

Office lighting fixtures designed for longevity and professional use. This light is wired for operation in 120V, 60Hz environments and is UL/CUL listed. You're assured quality and quiet operation thanks to a High Power Factor (HPF) Class P electronic ballast that's Class A sound rated. Illumination is provided by an 18W quad tube compact fluorescent (G24d-2 base). One bulb is included with your order, as is a 6'L cord.

The shade is constructed of non-reflective ABS and its reflector is asymmetric, high-polished aluminum. This lamp's two-link powder painted tube arm is an overall 32"L with the shade connection extending an additional 10". Parallel motion keeps light screen aligned with the work surface rather than glaring elsewhere.

Vision office desk lamps may be mounted with its standard edge clamp or mounted onto an optional desk base.  The standard configuration is a dual-link arm with an edge clamp mounting. However, you can easily configure this office light to mount onto a desk stand (as shown in the photo at the upper right of this page). Simply order the standard desk edge mounting model along with the optional Vision base. It's easy to refit the modular arm to mount into this 8-1/2"L x 8"w x 2"h (overall) cast metal base. Weighing 11 lbs, the  base provides secure hold. A "cut out" in the front of the optional desk mount (see photo below) offers a distinct sense of style, as well as reducing any perception of bulk in this strong base.

Office desk lamp features asymmetrical light distribution. Design characteristics of these lamps direct the light sideways from the shade across the work area. Asymmetrical light fixtures negate any direct eye contact with the light and eliminates direct glare; keeps indirect glare from surrounding workers; provides good contrast between the work station and surrounding area and the light is evenly distributed over a large work space; the shade doesn't intrude over the work area.
