This dependable universal model
is available in a kit that provides you the Universal adapter
plate, the mount, a connector for use with optional extension
columns, a standard ceiling plate, mounting hardware, and
cable management construction. These packaged components
allow for standard flush mounting, but also provides the
capability of adding an optional 1-1/2" diameter extension
column or a 1/2" threaded rod. The ball and socket design,
multi-directional positioning offers roll, pitch and yaw
(swivel). It's a perfect unit for use in classrooms, boardrooms,
hotels, restaurants, and auditoriums, and it will accept
a maximum load capacity of 50 lbs. Available in either Black
or Silver.
The wide variety of products available
from numerous manufacturers is no longer a problem when
planning your projection equipment purchase. This projector
mount kit includes a Universal Spider adapter plate for multiple arm positioning that allows connections
to happen with most modern projectors whose mounting holes
are within a 16.55" diameter.

The overall dimensions of this
Universal Vector Pro II will vary depending on your installation
requirements. Combining the items provided and just using
the ceiling plate connection results in a 1-1/2" x 3" x
1-1/2" size. When the extension column connector is also
included, the dimensions become 1-1/2" x 5-1/2" x 1-1/2".
Image alignment is easily handled
thanks to the independent multi-positioning capability of
these units. There's as much as +/-15° roll range, a maximum
pitch range of +/-15°, and a Yaw (swivel) of +/-180. If you are flush mounting your projector, however, the pitch
and roll range may be more limited in range depending on
your projector's dimensions.
Installation and removal
is also made easier with the convenience of a couple Quick
Release spring loaded screws. However, that doesn't mean
theft is easy, because these projector mounts include theft-resistant
Armor Lock™ security at all connection points. (If you prefer
to add additional security, optional security cables are
available though Customer Service.) Another convenience
built-into the design is a 1-1/2" cord access slot that
allows you to route cords internally through an extension
column (if column is required and ordered separately).
Construction incorporates sturdy but lightweight aluminum
in the main housing, while the Adapter plate is solid
steel. The connector is hardy nylon that can be secured
to the aluminum ball joint with a 1/4-20 x 1-1/2" long steel
bolt. Weighing just 2.9 lbs., this lightweight system is
designed to support a maximum load weight of 50 lbs.

To you want to hang your equipment so that it extends down
from the ceiling on a column? You have the option of connecting
the mounting equipment to an add-on 1-1/2" dia. extension
column or optional 1/2" thread rod (we'd recommend
you take care to order the column in a coordinating color
to your mounting system). Does your environment have a cathedral
ceiling, ceiling truss set up, I-Beam, or other type of
specialized installation required? We have adapter accessories
making such customized installations possible. Perhaps you
want to add additional security to your install by connecting
a security cable? We can provide you with an equipment security
