Quick release plates
located at the mounting point where your Tetra LCD monitor arm
connects to the rear of your VESA® standard monitor allow fast and easy
exchange.
A non-locking quick
release plate mechanism is available to
accommodate either 3" x 3" or 4" x 4" VESA® monitor mounting requirements.
There are critical applications where
the breakdown of an LCD can't be tolerated even for a few minutes,
such as surgical centers, stock and commodity markets, military
locations, and more. Often there are individuals whose LCD monitors are regularly removed
and used in mobile applications. Deploying monitor arms designed with flexibility for
optional fast monitor exchange provides you
with significant benefits and flexibility.

LCD monitors are normally
detached from a monitor arm via a screw or locking mechanism, which
can take some minutes. By utilizing the optional, non-locking Tetra quick release
mechanism with your Tetra monitor arm, you gain easy-on, easy-off mobility.

|
Attach one plate to the end of your
monitor arm while the other plate attaches onto the back of your LCD monitor. To connect your
LCD to the mounting arm, just slip the
monitor's plate down into the arm-mounted plate. It will then lift off easily
in seconds. |

VESA® refers to an industry standard hole
spacing on
the back of
your LCD monitor of
3" x 3" or
4" x 4".

manufacturer's
are now
designing
their
monitors in
compliance
with this
standard,
you can
consult our
VESA® monitor mount
charts
of LCD manufacturers to verify that your particular model is,
indeed, VESA® standard. We also offer
additional information
about this standard.
It is essential that the weight of your
LCD monitor falls within the parameters specified for the
LCD monitor
arm you select.
