This dynamically height adjustable monitor arm uses gas-spring technology to move up to 13” in range, allowing you to adjust your single monitor to your desired setting simply pushing your monitor up or pulling it down for optimal ergonomics. Also manually height adjustable, this Kontour monitor arm uses a column-mounted adjustment knob to allow for up 10.75” of additional height adjustment. For use with monitor screens that are between 10” and 30” and between 5 and 25 pounds, this monitor arm is compatible with VESA hole patterns that are 75 x 75mm or 100 x 100mm (monitors sold separately).
