a standard selection of four trim colors: blue, grey, lilac,
or brown; paired with one of the coordinating fabrics it
becomes an eye-catching back drop for your displays. Offered
in three different sizes 18" x 24", 24" x 36", and 36" x
48".
Designer series decorator fabrics
are attractive, yet practical. Made from 100 percent recycled
polyester, they are also color fast and soil resistant so
they stay looking great for a very long time. Our standard
fabric colors are an inviting selection of Wedgewood, Amethyst,
Quartz and Grey Mix. Combining these surfaces to the aluminum
powder coated trims in our selection of complementing colors
offers you a classy tackboard. Customizing is an option
and we have over a dozen selections of trim and fabrics
that can excite the decorator in you. Contact

According

is constructed of 5/8" deep aluminum, is light weight and
easy to hang either horizontally or vertically, and is finished with a powder
coat. Powder coating is extremely durable and comes in our
four standard colors (brown, blue, grey, lilac). These
boards are pre-configured with Designer Fabric Series
colors Quartz, Wedgewood, Grey Mix, and Amethyst. If you'd like to move

also order these in handy packs of two (36"x48") or six

Duracore is a rigid backing
made from select wood fibers and is recommended for its
strength, durability and resiliency. This core has a Mylar
file moisture barrier backing and has a Class A Fire Rating
per ASTM E84.

Unlike conventional enamels that are sprayed and baked,
our powder coatings are a combination of paint particles
and resin that is electrostatic charged and applied to the product's
metal surface. The metal, which has been electrically grounded,
magnetically attracts and holds the coating mixture. The
product with coating applied is then passed through curing
ovens to fuse the powder mixture to the surface. The final
result is highly durable, extremely smooth finish that is
free of unsightly runs or drips.
Benefit of powder coating a display board trim - an environmentally
friendly process that:
- Requires no solvents; produces no air emissions
- Can be applied with no runs, drips or sags
- Is more durable than traditional baked enamel finishes
- Is scratch and impact resistant
- Offers a wide range of decorative, functional colors

- A clothes brush or "tacky"
surface tape can remove lint, dust, or other particles
that might adhere to the fabric's surface.
- Spot clean grease stains
or wax crayon marks with a lighter fluid containing
naphtha to remove solvent soluble matter. Any remaining
stain can be removed by shampooing, using a household
upholstery cleanser.
- Remove dirty spots with
a damp sponge that is treated with Woolite® or a common
household suds detergent. However, do not over-saturate
with water, detergent, or cleanser as doing so may damage
the backing under the fabric.
