Notice that the typical 2" "stand up" index tabs that so easily become dog-eared and rip don't exist on a MAGNIfiles hanging file. Instead, these file organization champions let you label each file on elongated strips that slide within an 11" long magnifying lens so the file titles are doubled in size and stay protected. They're securely attached in three places for added security. The index strips are laser compatible and include directions for Microsoft Word.

These innovative files come in either brown kraft or assorted color stock, and are all manufactured of strong 150 lb stock. Heavy-duty, thick, box bottoms are plastic reinforced so bases won't rip or tear. Select between three different styles of bottoms: V-bottoms that are scored to allow up to 3/4" of expansion, or select 1/2" or 1" box-bottoms that capably store your bulky records and files in your office cabinet, desk drawer, or desktop literature organizers, or hanging file carts.
