Energy saving products provide maximized light distribution for ambient work area illumination. Two 55W compact fluorescent 3500k lamps are included in this panel system mounting "up light." These bulbs have an average life span of 12,000 hours. Their truer Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 82, on a scale of 100, indicates the high quality, more natural illumination by the lamp. In addition to longer life and lower overall replacement costs, compact fluorescents provide flicker free illumination, and utilizing CFLs reduce carbon monoxide in the environment.

Office light fixture mounts to the top of professional office panel systems. The lamp housing's overall dimensions are 30-1/2"L x 8"d x 2.38"h and is fitted to clamp mount brackets specific to particular panel manufacturer models. Riser tubes are attached to the bottom in order to keep these ambients on an even plane throughout your office. To ensure you receive the correct fixture, let us know the panel system to which it will be attached, the height of the panel to which it is being mounted as well as what panel material (fabric covered wood, acoustical, plexiglass, or other) on which the lamp will mount.

Panel mounting ambient lights must be fitted with brackets that will fit the many different types of professional office panel systems available. Not all lights are designed to fit all office panels. Check our ambient lighting cross reference chart. By locating the name of the panel manufacturer and particular model upon which you intend to shelf mount your Ovation fixture, you can then check if there is an "X" under the heading of OAL. If so, this signifies a compatible configuration is available. Panel system's quality office light fixture. Designed to point upwards so light can bounce down off ceilings and provide a soft ambient illumination over your area. This Ovation fixture features an electronic ballast. These high power factor units eliminate flicker caused by voltage fluctuations, audible humming that is so often associated with magnetic ballasts, cooler temperature operation that helps decrease energy costs, and eliminates interference with video display terminals (VDTs).

The housings and risers are high quality plastic. Your panel mounting lamp will include: a 9' black cord with a 90° sw plug; three vertical cord managers (additional cord managers may be ordered separately); also, a two position rocker switch set on the bottom of the housing.

These energy saving products are UL and CUL Listed.

Special lighting requirements for your office layout? If you require a large office area illuminated rather than just desk lighting surrounding the paneled office, please let our customer service know about this requirement to assure that the correct riser tube height is designed onto your lamps. We will ask you to provide us a dimensioned layout of your office including panel heights and ceiling height as well as what panel material the lamps will be mounted on, such as acoustical, plexiglass, fabric covered wood, or others.
