We use this as a department-specific mail room. Our research center has a large mailroom on the 9th floor, but each lab has it's own office area on other floors and their mail needs a place to be distributed to within their offices.

The exterior is of excellent quality, very sturdy and the oak laminate looks like solid high-quality oak furniture. The interior compartments are made of heavy cardboard, which seems flimsy, but since I am not going to putting anything heavier than paper in it, who cares? The horizonal grid pieces are trimmed with black plastic which looks nice, but the vertical grid pieces really look like what they are: folded cardboard. Because of this I wouldn't order this for an office where you want everything to look high-end, but for me, it's a great value.
