This pivot and swing model provides you two linked arms
offering an arm extension of 16"L (plus the depth of your
monitor) off the pole. Folded down, the arm has a depth
of 2.17" from the pole. This LCD pole mount provides horizontal
swivel around the pole (180° right and
left), as well as swivel at each pivot joint. Your height
can be adjusted by resetting the arm's positioning along
the height of your vertical pole; that's easily managed
by loosening and tightening a single screw at that connection
point. Your own pole is used, and as long as it has a 1-1/2"
to 2" diameter, this two link mount will work dependably.
Various display weights up to 40 lbs. can be managed by
this two-link arm thanks to Centris™
Technology. Centris provides self adjustment to compensate
for monitor weight. It also enables smooth, fingertip control
of pivot adjustments, as well as portrait/landscape rotation
so you can view different sized documents. Tension adjustments
makes this mount great for Touch Screen use.

This
Astra arm is designed to accommodate VESA compliant monitors
with standard 75mm x 75mm or 100mm x 100mm mounting hole
patterns. However, interface brackets are available to allow
the mounting of non-VESA compliant monitors. If your monitor
doesn't have either the 75mm or 100mm pattern, contact us

Because
this model provides independent control of adjustable pivot
point tension, you are able to optimize the tension of touch
screen use. Not all mounts are suitable
for Touch Screens, but these allow the necessary tension
adjustment. Plus, enjoy as much as 360° pivot at the pole
and 180° pivot at the display. Portrait and landscape
rotation offers even more user convenience and functionality. |

Your working environment
and user requirements may call for specialized solutions.
The three accessories shown below (Extreme Tilt Mechanism,
a Quick Release bracket, and the Security Hardware Kit)
answer specific needs.

This bracket provides
a fixed axis on the monitor's mounting bracket, allowing
your LCD computer screen to pivot approximately 90 degrees
upward and 30 degrees downward on its axis, depending upon
the size of the LCD monitor which is attached. This mechanism
is compliant with VESA standard 75mm x 75mm and 100mm x
100mm hole patterns.
Don't consider this just for
your new purchase. If you or others in your office area
already own an Astra dual link arm, you can retrofit their
existing mount for increased tilt by placing a separate
order for the additional number of brackets needed.

Some people prefer to remove
their flat panel displays regularly, perhaps so the monitor
can be locked up. Other high intensity environments require
fast change-out of monitors that "go out" to ensure successful
outcomes, such as in hospital settings or in financial trading
firms.
Flipping the latching flag on
this Quick Release bracket allows removal and replacement
in seconds. Each Quick Release handles a single monitor.
If equipment security is also an issue, however, additional
security procedures may be called for when monitors are
not in use, as this Quick Release allows anyone to remove
the monitor from the mounting arm.

most exposed hardware on your LCD mount. Requiring more
specialized removal, using this hardware on most Astra small
