Small to medium audiences of up to 500 people can be reached using this
portable, amplified unit. There's a powerful, built-in, 25 Watt
multimedia amp in the folding tabletop portion of this stand.
Both the floor standing vertical cabinetry and the presentation cabinetry
are designed to fold 4-1/2" flat for ease of transport. Total
weight is 65 lbs. Even if you're not planning on using for its
Lecturn-on-the-Go potential, it also provides easy, compact storage.
Units are available in a choice of two colors: Medium Oak or Walnut.
The presentation surface houses the amp and electrical controls.
If you're seeking an amplified lecturn for small to medium audiences
but you don't require the full floor stand, it's possible to order
the foldable tabletop section separately. This still provides you with
appealing and powerful portable presentation capability and allows
easy storage when not in use. The table top section measures 14"h x
22"w x 14"d. The single 8" full range speaker is
housed behind a gold trimmed, black grill on the front panel, with amp
controls set on the exterior right side of the presentation area.

When
folded (as shown at
left), the top
podium is "boxed"
with a carrying handle
readily available. That
unit weighs 30 lbs and
the overhanging edges of
one side, when folded, help to
protect the side mounted
control panel (though
care still needs to be
exercised for safe
transportation).
Meanwhile, the vertical
stand post, which weighs
35 lbs, also folds flat
for easier carriage and
storage.

The sound system
consists of a 25 Watt
amplifier, with a side
mounted control panel
(shown above) and an 8"
full range speaker set
within the black grill
on the front
panel.
The control panel
features one volume knob
for the single 8"
speaker, two tone
controls as well as
on/off. There's inputs
for one mic and an
output line for an
optional extension speaker. The
fuse in mounted
internally (2A) as is
the recharger which has
an LED indicator. The
unit is powered by 117
Volt AC, or can be
powered with 12 Volt DC
with the use of an
optional rechargeable
battery.
Whether you order the
full floor standing
sound model or opt for
the tabletop sound unit,
the same sturdy
construction, good
looks, and presentation
electronics are
included. Your unit also
includes two wired
microphones so
presentations can be
made using either a
tie-clip/lavalier or
handheld-style mic with
9' cables.
If a floor standing
model is not required,
it is possible to order
just the table-style
speaking podium separately.
The same sound system
and two styles of wired
mics (hand-held and clip
on) are included.
