This vertical pocket door tower has been an extremely popular
product due to its tall and narrow design that nonetheless
handles hundreds of DVD, CD, and VHS media. Both versions
that are presented here measure 68"h x 15"w x 17-1/2"d overall,
have pocket doors in the upper cabinet to maximize capacity,
and adjustable shelving. Plus, the variety of color finishes
available (with black interiors) help ensure there's a model
to complement your decor. Select #35-2032 in black, oak,
cherry, or walnut. Model #35-2030 comes in black, oak, or
cherry. All feature black internal cabinetry.
Both models share functional similarities. Both are identical
in size and both provide a maximum media storage capacity
of up to 390 CD storage, or 240 DVDs, or 120 VHS tapes,
or 60 oversized (Disney) tapes. However, the # 35-2032 has
received feature design upgrades that many people desire
because of the more upscale appearance. There are stylish
molded top and bottom panels on it, gently rounded edge
doors and updated, contemporary handles, compared to basic
straight-edging on the # 35-2030. As a result of these design
upgrades, that upscale model also weighs a substantial 9
lbs. more than the basic.

Upscale model #35-2032 features molded top and bottom

There are two storage cabinets that make up these CD DVD
storage cabinets. Up to seven shelves (three fixed position)
are sized to fit inside either of the upper or lower cabinets.
The top section includes cabinet
storage area as well as shelving on each of the pocket doors.
That upper cabinet has internal dimensions of 47-1/2"h x
12"w x 6"d. Each of those swing-wide doors are "pocket doors"
measuring 47-1/2"h x 6"w x 6"d. They're designed so that
you can store additional media on the five shelves created
for those doors.
The lower cabinet does not have
pocket doors. Behind its two swing-out doors is a cabinet
area measuring 17-1/2"h x 12"w x 12"d where you can arrange
shelving.
That's why this space-maximizing
cabinet can hold so much media. As an example, you can organize
as many as 390 CDs, or 307 Blu-Ray, 240 DVDs, or 120 VHS tapes, or 60
oversized (Disney) tapes, or some combination of these.
Yet, the footprint is only 15"w x 17-1/2"d (You must allow
room for opening swing doors).

The basic model is #35-2030.
Available in Oak, Cherry, or Black (all with black interiors),
it is designed with straight edges and moldings and plain
grip handles. This unit weighs 60 lbs.
For a more upscale appearance,
however, consider item #35-2032 which is designed with a
heavier base, more stylish molding on the base and top as
well as rounded door edges and matching color nylon handles.
This model is also available in Walnut as well as Oak, Cherry,
or Black (all with black interiors). This upscale model
weighs 69 lbs.
