I work at home, and I needed a little extra room for my mouse because I have my keyboard and monitor on a pull out tray. This works very well and is easily adjustable. I added a mouse pad for extra comfort

the unit has a hard ridge all the way around that is meant to help contain the mouse. This it does successfully, however, that's pretty tough on the wrist. I added a neoprene mouse pad with a wrist rest that solved the problem.

I would venture to guess that the product itself is of good quality, but unfortunately I never got to use it due to it not being compatible with my desk/computer set-up. After researching, I thought I had the understanding that it would work, but once I received it I realized I was going to run into a problem. I would have to drill holes through my nice new desk which I didn't want to, or something else would not function properly, meaning a drawer wouldn't close or another couldn't open with the pad being in the way. I wanted to send it back, but figured that the cost wasn't worth the restocking fee once it was all said and done. Who knows...maybe someday I'll use it on another computer. I really need something ergonomic and and wish this could have remedied my situation.

We use it in our OR area that does not have alot of space and it does the job we needed it for. Our Nurses were using their leg or a book so it definitely has helped for the better.
