This product was purchased for an ergonomic reasonable accommodation within our organization. The end-user is thrilled with the product as it frees up space within her cubicle while allowing her to access her telephone without discomfort. She simply moves the arm out of her way in order to maximize the space in her limited area. When the telephone is needed, she has it within reach and at a comfortable level. Out of all of the products I purchased on her behalf, this one made the biggest difference!

The adjustable phone arm helps me at my desk. I have a computer desk that I stand at and sit down desk behind me. The phone arm lets me access the phone from both locations much easier. It also got the phone off the desk freeing up space. I wish the construction were a bit more stable because it jiggles when you push the numbers but I don't think it will break - it just could be more solid.

The unit works well. I had hoped the arm would park at any point instead of having 3 positions front to back, but they are adequate. I was pleased with my interation with the company. You never know when you go on the internet without knowing any thing about a company. My phone was bigger than the platform so I had to Jery rig the clips that hold the phone on the platform a bit but it works ok. Pete
