This is a nice looking file rack, however we use it for committee mailboxes and the pockets are a little too narrow. If something small was dropped down in one of the pockets it couldn't be retrieved without a VERY, VERY skinny hand or long tweezers. We remedied the problem by putting file folders in each pocket. It will do, but not perfect.
